Leasing with Zero Security Deposit:

This presentation will detail the emerging trend of leasing homes without a security deposit and how RentWerx has successfully implemented this technique into their daily leasing. The techniques will be discussed in detail to include options for using 3rd party vendors, and self-funding. This newly adopted technique will change the industry as we know it and we predict that one day taking on a security deposit when leasing a home will become an outdated practice.
